Testimonials to be submitted during Admission

Part A - Undergraduate & Postgraduate

1. Certificate of the qualifying     examination by Board/University.
2. Copies of Valid Passport &     Student Visa.
3. Conduct/Character Certificate &     Transfer Certificate issued by     the School/College last studied.
4. H.I.V. Clearance Certificate.
5. Ten passport & ten stamp size     photographs

  
         
To keep it simple, please read this carefully. Focus your attention, especially if you are new to the Indian academic practice.
  
   
   
 
We follow a system common to all schools and colleges in India. There are however, a few variations specific to students applying from abroad.

Students applying for the courses in advance are supposed to fill in the Application Form and enclose a photocopy of their testimonials as applicable in Part A.
Once the application form is filled up, please send it to our Administrative Office with the prescribed enrollment fee.
The Administrative office will confirm your course of preference and will notify you with a Provisional Admission Letter.
Students whose medium of instruction at the qualifying examination is not English should do an intensive course in English conducted by the Bangalore University during the course of their study. This course is of 6 months duration.
Students applying for a course in the current session will have to send/hand over in person their filled up application form with 2 photocopies of all original testimonials as applicable in Part A.

While completing the admission formalities the students have to pay the course fee along with the College deposit, Uniform charge and Hostel deposit. Hostel charges are levied from the first month of the academic year to whomever it is applicable.
Promotion to the next semester or next year is not automatic. It is subject to the eligibility conditions stipulated in the individual courses by the University, satisfactory attendance, internal assessment marks, students general report and all fee paid clearance from the administrative office.
