Formation of PASCHIM

The Western Chapter of Garden City College Alumni Association fondly known as PASCHIM was inaugurated on 10th of December,2011 in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The programme was held in Ramee Guestline , Juhu.The alumni gathered in large numbers from the western section of India. The programme started with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by our beloved Chairman, His Excellency Dr. Joseph V G. The evening witnessed the gathering of the Alumni from batches ranging from students from the 1997 to the latest passed out batch.

Our Alma Matar was able to set a firm connect with it’s alumni by a video presentation called ‘Your campus now’. Alumni spoke about their experiences during their college days following the speech by our honorable Chairman His Excellency Dr Joseph V G.

The Alma matar as always has been a source of values inculcated in the alumni. The PASCHIM meet was also not an exception. A Value educator of his own kind, that’s, Value communication through illusions: Mr Rajesh Fernando, A Limca Book of Records & Guinness Book record holder enthralled the audience.

The working committee of PASCHIM was also elected. The programme saw it’s culmination with the Alumni joining in for Dinner.

With Yet another success we are set to formulate the GCC Alumni Association for UTTAR and DAKSHIN.
