We follow a system common to all schools and colleges in India. There are however, a few variations specific to students applying from abroad.
Students applying for the courses in advance are supposed to fill in the Application Form and enclose a photocopy of their testimonials as applicable in Part A.
Once the Application Form is filled up, please send it to our Administrative Office with the prescribed enrolment fee.
The Administrative Office will confirm your course of preference and will notify you with a Provisional Admission Letter.
Students whose medium of instruction at the qualifying examination is not English should do an intensive course in English conducted by the Bangalore University during the course of their study. This course is of 6 months duration.
Students applying for a course in the current session will have to send / hand over in person their Application Form duly filled with 2 photocopies of all original testimonials as applicable in Part A.
While completing the admission formalities the students have to pay the course fee along with the college deposit. Uniform charges are levied from the first month of the academic year on whomsoever it is applicable.
Promotion to the next semester or next year is based on eligibility conditions stipulated in the individual courses by the University: satisfactory attendance, internal assessment marks, students general report and a no due certificate with regard to fees from the Administrative Office.
Original testimonials have to be submitted during admission.
Part A – Undergraduate & Post-graduate
1. Marks Cards-10th & 12th Std, issued by the Board / University.
2. Copies of valid Passport & Student Visa.
3. Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer Certificate issued by the School / College last studied.
4. HIV Clearance Certificate.
5. Ten passport & ten stamp size photographs.
