This is a two year programme aiming the talented ones to enhance their technical knowledge and managerial skill in tourism industry. Course Information
MTA course is a two year programme. The course offers the opportunity to develop professional knowledge and skills through subject form variety of discipline. All the students are encouraged to undergo an summer internship for a period of two months in any of the reputed organization offering hospitality services and products under the supervision of faculty members. The subject studied during the course, making the students aware with the tourism industry includes history and culture, Tourism Principles and Practices Tourism Industry, Business Environment and Legal System, Managerial Behavior and Process., Geography of Tourism, Cargo Management, Accounting for Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Tourism and Information Technology, Methodology of Research, Tourism Finance, Indian Heritage, International Tourism and Ticketing. Travel Agency and Tour Operations, Human Resources Management, International Language – French, Public Relation, Transport Management, Destination Planning and Development, Hotel and Resturant Management, Event Management etc.

A Bachelor degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
Assessment
The assessment methodology includes seminars, workshop, project work, summer internship and end term examination.
