Who can participate?
|
Fresherism is open to students aged above seventeen. A student of Garden City College is entitled for a direct entry, the other aspirants have to
register by paying Rs 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).

How would the event unfold? |
The 128 students selected after the preliminary screening get to participate in 32 events which further filters to become the CREAM TEAM 64. The 20 finalists termed as the DREAM TEAM 20 would contest for the "Mr. Fresher" and "Ms. Fresher" title. All the 20 finalists will be taken on an all paid trip to the exotic and dream destination islands of either Sri Lanka or Maldives.

What are the Advantages? |
The objective of Fresherism is also to create Managers for
life. As such all registered participants are entitled for a free "Executive Mentoring Programme " for one year where the classes are
exclusively handled on the weekends by the Alumni of Indian Institute
of Management.
