Introduction
Microbiology is the study of micro-organisms and their effects on other living organisms.It is that branch of biology that studies living organisms of microscopic size which include bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoa, and viruses. It also covers the identification and isolation of those that cause diseases.
The program provides a thorough training in medical, physiology, genetic engineering and environmental microbiology. The course equips students with sufficient training in scientific methods and procedures enabling graduates to advance and be successful in relevant industries.
