Please send the handwritten application form or a printout of the Enrollment Form. You can send it by Speed Post or Courier Service to the Administrative Office of GCET, Bangalore.

Enclose copies of all available educational documents, two recent passport size photograph and a bank draft of Rs 25,250/- (for Indian Students) and US $ 525/- (for NRI/Foreign students). Enrollment fee will be refunded to the students who are not selected for the course.

Those students who wish to have only the Prospectus and Application Form need to remit Rs 250/- (for Indians) and US $ 25/- ( for NRI's and Foreigners).

Applications of the enrolled students only will be considered for final selection. Actual Application Forms will be sent later to the students who apply for enrolment.

We follow a system common to all schools and colleges in India. There are however, a few variations specific to students applying from abroad.

Students applying for the courses in advance are supposed to fill in the Application Form and enclose a photocopy of their testimonials as applicable in Part A.

Once the Application Form is filled up, please send it to our Administrative Office with the prescribed enrolment fee.

The Administrative Office will confirm your course of preference and will notify you with a Provisional Admission Letter.

Students whose medium of instruction at the qualifying examination is not English should do an intensive course in English conducted by the Bangalore University during the course of their study. This course is of 6 months duration.

Students applying for a course in the current session will have to send / hand over in person their Application Form duly filled with photocopy of all original testimonials as applicable in Part A.

While completing the admission formalities the students have to pay the course fee along with the college deposit ,Hostel and Uniform charges are levied from the first month of the academic year on whomsoever it is applicable.

Promotion to the next semester or next year is based on eligibility conditions stipulated in the individual courses by the University, satisfactory attendance, internal assessment marks, students general report and a no due certificate with regard to fees from the Administrative Office.
Original testimonials have to be submitted during admission.

Part A – Undergraduate & Post-graduate

Don't wait for the last minute to arrive, to make your career move. To ensure this doesn't happen, you now have the advance enrolment facility to help students avoid disappointments since there are limited number of seats. It is therefore, our fervent advice to all aspiring students, to apply in advance. Students will have to fill in the application form and enclose a photocopy of testimonials as applicable, in Part A or Part B. Now coming to enrolment fee, it depends on the course you take, with advice from our Administrative Office and also as indicated in the fee structure. This fee will be adjusted once the seat is confirmed. NRI's, Foreign Nationals and Students who have studied in Educational Boards that are not directly under the Association of Indian Universities are supposed to obtain an eligibility / an equivalent certificate from the University. The necessary application form for the same is issued from the Corporate Office of this Institution.
• Wherever grading system or any other system is followed for evaluating the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination, the applicant should ensure that a certificate indicating the percentage obtained has to be submitted through the University / Board last studied.
• Students who are not fulfilling the study of mandatory subjects as mentioned in the prospectus as regulated by the University shall also apply for eligibility / an equivalent certificate from the University.
• The percentage calculation as per the University is on the total marks obtained in all subjects studied inclusive of languages for MBA / MCA / MTA / MS in Communication / M.Sc Electronic Media and 50% in aggregate for all M.Sc courses in Life Sciences. For certain courses the applicant should have obtained 50% of marks in aggregate in individual subjects also.
• Applicants for PG courses have to submit a copy of the syllabus studied, scheme of examination and regulation relating to promotion, etc.
• Applicants for PG courses should produce marks cards issued by the University only and students who are submitting the marks cards issued by the colleges for the I/II year or alternative semesters should produce a letter from the concerned college regarding the details of marks cards issued by the College and the University.
• Applicants passing GCE / O / A level examination should have passed 4 + 3 or 3 + 2 subjects at the O & A level respectively
